Our studio is designed for women in their 30s and 40s who are stepping into a new season: starting a business, rebranding, or redefining their professional identity. If you’re ready to align your visuals and systems with your next chapter, we’re a perfect fit.

Every project begins with a discovery call to learn about your goals and vision. From there, you’ll receive a customized proposal outlining your scope, timeline, and deliverables. Once your deposit is paid, we’ll begin with strategy and creative direction before moving into design, systems, and final delivery.

Our services range from $1,200 to $4,500, depending on the project scope. Smaller sessions, like the Hue Ignite strategy call, begin at $250. Each project is customized based on your unique needs, and we provide a detailed proposal before any commitment.

Yes! Most projects are split into two payments: 50% to reserve your start date and 50% before final delivery. For larger projects, we can discuss additional payment schedule options.

Because our services are customized and time-based, all payments are non-refundable once work begins. However, if you need to pause a project before it starts, we can often apply your deposit to a future project date.

We primarily design websites in Squarespace and Bluehost, depending on your goals and desired aesthetic. For systems and workflow setup, we commonly use Notion and Google Workspace, but we’ll recommend the best platform for your needs.

Project timelines vary depending on the package:

Prism Identity: 2–3 weeks

Luminous Framework: 3–4 weeks

Spectrum Experience: 6–8 weeks

You’ll receive a custom timeline in your proposal, and all projects are scheduled in advance to ensure a smooth, intentional process.

Yes! Part of our goal is to empower you to manage your brand or systems confidently. We provide walkthroughs, templates, or guides (depending on your package) so you can make updates without feeling overwhelmed.

Absolutely. After your project wraps up, you can book a maintenance or retainer option for website updates, system tweaks, or brand refreshes. This is perfect if you want continued support as your business evolves.

Yes! Prism & Hue Studio works with clients worldwide. All meetings and reviews are held virtually, so you can collaborate with us from anywhere.
